By accessing or using P2 Consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

P2 Consulting provides a platform designed to help athletes and programs connect for recruiting-related opportunities. The platform may include profiles, discovery features, messaging, matches, and other related tools.

We do not guarantee placement, offers, scholarships, roster spots, or any specific recruiting outcome.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current.

• You must provide truthful account and profile information
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
• You must keep your login credentials secure
• You must not impersonate another person, athlete, coach, or institution

You are responsible for the content you upload, publish, or submit through the platform, including profile details, images, links, messages, and other materials.

By submitting content, you grant P2 Consulting a limited right to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the platform.

You agree not to misuse the platform.

• Do not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse other users
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
• Do not upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Do not use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

The platform may allow users to communicate with one another. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

P2 Consulting is not responsible for the conduct, statements, promises, or decisions of athletes, programs, coaches, or other users.

Some features may be offered as paid or premium services. Pricing, availability, and included features may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If payment processing is offered through a third-party provider, that provider’s terms may also apply.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, including where a user violates these Terms, creates risk for the platform or its users, or misuses the service.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or that the platform will always be free from errors or downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P2 Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities, revenue, or recruiting outcomes arising from or related to your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which P2 Consulting operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
